Made with 100% raw material of the Seto Inland Sea. This salt is made by boiling seawater from the Seto Inland Sea into a thick salt water using the heat of the sun and natural wind in a "flowing stanchion field," and then infusing it with seaweed (Hondawara). It is characterized by a pleasant taste, the "umami" and "aroma" of seaweed, and a faint, unbleached color.
- The seaweed is soaked in sea water from Seto Inland Sea, and it is reduced until it becomes rich salt.
- Harmonizes taste easily.
- Good to use for Onigiri, grilled fish, Karaage deep-fried chicken, soup, and pickles.
